Short Stay Accomodation Services

We offer two types of accommodation clean:

The first is our ‘Clean only’ service where we attend the property (one visit) after a guest leaves, usually within three days of the guest departing, and do a full clean of the property and make beds. We also re-stock supplies and set the fire if required. We prioritise our scheduled cleans on ‘next in’ basis.

Our second clean is know as a ‘Full service’ and includes three visits to the property. This includes the post guest clean and beds made, re-stock supplies, set fire if required. On the day of the guest arrival we ‘Set up’ which includes putting on a few lights for ambient lighting, heating/cooling as required (not wood heating) check bed config, check for dead bugs, fluff cushions and so on to present a fresh property for the incoming guest. And the third visit is to ‘Lock down’ which is where we make sure the property has been left in good condition and secure with all heating/cooling turned off, doors/windows closed and locked, rubbish out and if close to bin day the bins put out.

For both the 'Full service' clean, which we find is preferred by booking agents, and the ‘Clean only’ service please note we only clean on Saturday/Sunday’s & Public holidays if there is a changeover of guests on the day and if a clean is required on a weekend or public holiday the applicable penalty rate will apply.

We can also provide supplies per stay ( toilet paper, tissues, bathroom amenities, dishwashing tablets/liquid, chux dish cloth & scourer, milk, tea, sugar, coffee, olive oil, salt pepper, tin foil & cling wrap as required). Our basic supply bag for an average 6 x person size property is $40+ gst per stay.

As a part of our service we offer a ‘Linen Hire’ service through our www.daylesfordlinen.com.au where you can now have owner linens washed and ironed and we can launder doona’s and larger items meaning they can all be done out the Daylesford laundry .

Please also not we take no responsibility for loss or damage of owners own linen being outsourced, nor are we responsible for delivering  to or collection from outsourced laundries due to the time that it takes away from cleaning your property. If you require the cleaner to deliver and or collect from your outsourced laundry please advise so as we can accurately quote for the cleaners time.

We also offer guest hampers through www.macedonrangeshampers.com.au starting at $60 per hamper . Hampers can include wine and locally sourced products to enhance your guests stay.

Please note call out fees are implemented if we are required to go to the property while guests are in to attend any issues that are not the responsibility of One-clean. Also cancellations of cleans with less than 24hrs notice may incur a fee of 50% of the service. (this is becoming an issue in recent times where owners decide the night before to drive up and clean a house to save money, which we understand - but as it costs us in time and money to redo a schedule etc we have had to implement a cancellation fee).

If your property is listed with a booking agent we access upcoming bookings via the booking agent portal. For self managed Airbnb property owners we offer ‘Co-hosting’ for ease of access to up coming bookings and to eliminate any chance of a missed booking.
